A date with subconscious.
Most of us go through our daily life without really knowing why we do the things we do, most of the time, and the action we took are a result of auto pilot. To some, It is like: ”it just happened.”
To understand why we do what we do. We have 1st to understand the make-up of our mind, our conscious mind, unconscious mind and the subconscious mind, and know the purpose each and every part of our mind serve.
Every part of our minds are orchestrated to serve a specific purpose, to be efficient. We follow the design to be energy efficient. We cconserve every bits of energy, unless it is really necessary to use it.
In the class, we’ll learn why there a need for us not to forget what we have acquired. Abilities such as riding bicycle, walking, swimming, driving etc. because doing so save us energy from the need to relearn the skills.
We experience emotions every day. And they are all control by our subconscious mind, taking reference from our experiences and memories. That is the reason why, to most of us, the emotions just happen. We cannot choose how we should feel, we can only react to it as and when it happens. To most of us, we cannot control how or when our emotion hit us. Hence, we allow our emotions holding us hostage.
Our subconscious mind is so powerful it can remove pain, make us see things that does not exist, distorted our impression of time among others.
When there are too many options that we can take, instead of making better decision, taking better action, we will most likely got stuck. Simple exercise aiming to engage our subconscious will be though to the participants, to help them understand what is the real intention deep inside of us. To aid them in making decision congruence with their subconscious.
Taking action is easy, deciding on what action to take usually require more time and resources, learning how to harness the power of our subconscious mind enable us to be less stressful and happier.
In this talk, the participant will also discover how powerful our subconscious mind is and how to work with it. As our subconscious mind is closely related with our unconscious mind, the part of our mind that control our body, our cardio vascular system, digestive system, immune system etc. Able to understanding our subconscious and manage it does help us acquire better health.
